Everything on this site, in the live stream and in the software is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it is not a signal service. Trading, especially in small, low-float stocks, carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose all of your money. All trading decisions, and all risk, are yours. Please read the full Disclaimer.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, lawful use. Please do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the content, the software, screenshots of the software, or any course material without my written permission. Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
Who owns what
The content on this site, including the text, design, logo, software and course material, belongs to me or is used with permission. Buying access to the live stream, software or course gives you personal access to use it. It does not give you ownership of it.
Buying from me
The live stream, software and course are sold through Whop. The price, the free trial, how and when you are billed, and how to cancel are shown at checkout and managed through your Whop account. Whop’s own terms apply to the payment itself. Some of what is shown on this site, such as the software and the course, is marked as coming soon. Prices, features and launch dates for those may change before they are available, and a launch date is a target, not a promise.
Information on this site
I try to keep this site accurate, but I cannot promise it is always complete, up to date or free of mistakes. The tickers, numbers and screens shown in examples are illustrative unless I say otherwise. Market data and news come from third parties and can be delayed or wrong. I do not promise that the site, the software or the live stream will always be available or run without interruption.
My responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law, or my responsibility for anything the law does not allow me to limit, such as fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Apart from that, I am not responsible for any trading losses, or any other loss, that come from your use of the site, the live stream, the software or the course, or from decisions you make based on them.

This site links to other websites and services, such as Whop, Telegram, WhatsApp and YouTube. I do not control them and I am not responsible for what they do or say.
Changes
I may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any rights you have in the part of the UK where you live.
